“Mother Nature Springs Back”
On my recent hike to Rainbow Falls, I trekked through some of the hardest area hit by the late fall wildfire in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. What was so compelling was in the midst of the destruction, almost every mature tree was beginning to bud for the spring…what a welcomed sight this was! It was primarily the underbrush and seedlings which took it on the chin!
